Square Enix has released a new incredible, awesome and spectacular trailer for Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. The trailer is called “End of an Era” and has over 5 minutes of CGI awesomeness which tells you the story how FFXIV:ARR starts and what it is all about. The game will be released next year for PS3 and PC.

FIRST LOOK: FINAL FANTASY XIV A REALM REBORN PS3 SCREENSHOTS
Square Enix is pleased to reveal the first screenshots of FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn for the PlayStation 3.
Showing the visual fidelity that fans have come to expect from the FINAL FANTASY series, the PlayStation 3 screenshots from FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn also show for the first time the easy-to-use PlayStation 3 UI (user interface), which makes full use of the intuitive button configuration of PlayStation 3 controllers.
The UI will be fully customizable allowing players to set up a button configuration perfect for their personal playing style; and has been designed with the traditional FINAL FANTASY game controls in mind to give the game a classic RPG feel, familiar to any PlayStation 3 RPG gamers.
To accompany these new PlayStation 3 screenshots, new artwork is also available, featuring some of the Primals, who will have a big part to play in the story of FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn; as well as a few of the armour sets available for the Chocobo mounts available in the game.
FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn is the latest installment in the FINAL FANTASY series, and will be released for PlayStation 3 and PC in 2013.

Square Enix has released a big bunch of new screenshots and concept art for the recently announced FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn. These new shots and art reflect some of the new content due to be revealed in world-first FINAL FANTASY: A Realm Reborn gameplay presentations, taking place this week at gamescom 2012 in Cologne.
FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Announced!
Today Square Enix officially announced that Final Fantast XIV is now called “A Realm Reborn.” The producer/director fo the game comments:
“Since announcing our plans for the future of the title last October, we have been working tirelessly to include all of the elements that we have promised in FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn, which we announced today. This new title not only becomes a symbol of a completely new FINAL FANTASY XIV, but also marks the beginning of a new stage as the latest title in the FINAL FANTASY series.
