The official “Mevius Final Fantasy” website has been opened today and it’s available in both English and Japanese – which is a strong indicator for the worldwide release. To celebrate the game announcement, the producer Yoshinori Kitase has shared a special message telling a bit about the game and their ambitious plans:
A new era of gaming is here.
We’re crafting a full-scale, high quality RPG world the likes of which hass never been seen on smartphones and tablets. This is the end product of longtime Final Fantasy creators bringing the series to mobile – and things will never be the same.
– Yoshinori Kitase
Waking up in a new world, without knowing anything about yourself or the world surrounding you. Where did you come from? Where should you go? Suddenly a mysterious voice calls you. This is the world of Palamitia –
The light of hope doesn’t shine here.
*Edit: The first translation version we used was the old version that wasn’t meant for the final version of the post. This is the right one! -Johnny.
