Square Enix has revealed on the official Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII OST (Original Soundtrack) site that they will be releasing a PreSoundtrack on the 13th of July at Odaiba Festival. The pack contains six unnamed tracks and costs ￥500/4€/5$. It’s still unsure will the pack be released online like the singles “Crimson Blitz” and “The Savior” earlier this year.
The release date of the full soundtrack was also revealed on the site. The original soundtrack will be coming out on the same day as the game, 21st of November, 2013, with four different CDs and a special “Flower of Battle” Samurai DLC costume for Lightning – the same outfit that was announced as a pre-order extra for Europe yesterday. This time they didn’t reveal any new information about the special edition of OST but we’ll be likely hearing about it later.

Hmm. I think I’ll wait to buy the entire soundtrack, or if it’s in a bundle. Either way, the music’s going to be great! :D
