During the fiscal year 2014 report, Square Enix revealed that Dragon Quest X Online overseas release is under consideration. Alongside the announcement, they also stated Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn will be launching in Asia this summer. It’s also worth noticing “primarily in Asia” note in the title, which may indicate that Dragon Quest X will be only released in Asia, not here in the West.
Dragon Quest X is a Japan-only (for now) multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) similar to Final Fantasy XIV. It was developed and published by Square Enix for Wii, Wii U and Microsoft Windows.
