The box contains a total of 10 characters where one will be a random special version. The pricing is set to 600 yen per strap and the box is selling for 6480 yens. If you buy the box directly from the Kotobukiya, you will be receiving a special “Bravo Bikini” version of Edea.

The Western release is unsure since this kind of things tend to remain Japan-exclusives, so don’t hold your breath.
