This is E.X. Troopers, a game only released in Japan. It’s not even a Square Enix game, but who cares, it’s pretty awesome. Check out some good stuff from Youtube, if you are curious. I promise that the soundtrack will be pure bliss, if you like electronic music. Why use non-SE game artwork on this site? Ruinga! Literally.
I have some bad news: Life isn’t strange, it’s quite simple when it comes to the obligations ruled by your country’s government and laws – there isn’t much you can do about them and it’s pretty frustrating. Starting this weekend, I will be continuing my military service and I won’t be that active for a month or so, because I don’t really have time to run my site.
It’s not really a surprise to anyone that the military service will take most of my personal time and when Square Portal staff only consist of one person – me – there isn’t anyone else to support my own work and I hope you can deal with this for a while. I will try to arrange things that I can keep the site updated during my spare time, but it will be extremely limited. Things should be easier in a month or two, and I really hope I will be able to play Final Fantasy Type-0 and Final Fantasy XV demo when they are out.
This isn’t the end, but it delays my already delayed projects, which were -surprisingly- delayed by the very same reason last year. This doesn’t ease the frustration at all, but guess there is no other choice than try to bear with it. I will use this moment to tell that you can donate Square Portal via PayPal as well. Likely nobody will do it since -duh internet is all about free content- and I give you that. If you feel like supporting us to improve the site’s content, your help would be much appreciated. (I actually love you if you do that, but that’s another story) Thank you for consideration.
