Final Fantasy Type-0: English Voice Actress Confirmed for Deuce

deuce

Bryce Hitchcock has confirmed that she will be voice acting “Deuce” in the English version of Final Fantasy Type-0 on her Twitter account.

In Final Fantasy Type-0, Deuce is known from her kind and gentle attitude. She is a honest and hard working student yet quite stubborn, and once she decides something there is no coming back. Overall she is a straightforward young lady.

Bryce began acting at the age of six, performing in local theater productions in her hometown of Nashville, TN. Since then, she has worked in many other areas of the entertainment industry including film, TV, voice-over, commercials and as a recording artist. She enjoys playing the guitar and is writing her own original music.

  1. We are finally approaching closer and closer to this game’s release in the Western audience… I’ve really hidden myself from spoilers all over the world just to enjoy this game! I honestly can’t wait! I’m not familiar with that voice actress but I hope she will do a good job at it!
And wow, Asef said there will be no Japanese Dub? Awww damn! I really like playing games in Japanese Dub as I love watching animes too and Japanese is a really fun language!

  2. This cast is looking more and more like a SMT Persona game/anime or an anime. Whatever that means for quality, it should make this game’s English sound distinctive when placed alongside the rest of the series. On the other hand, it could make it a black sheep.

And in response to you not knowing her work, Bryce is part of the English dub for an anime film called ‘The Sky Crawlers’ (スカイ・クロラ/Sukai Kurora in Japanese). I had never heard of her either. But then I’ve never heard of a lot of voice actors.

  3. I don’t know Bryce Hitchcock, nor am I familiar with any of her previous work. One thing I know for sure, is that anyone other than Kana Hanazawa would be a step down. This game NEEDS to retain it’s JP dub (which had a star-studded lineup), AT LEAST in DLC form. Please consider this after the damage that was not releasing this game – for over three yeras – on PSP/Vita (you still know what a Vita is right?).
