Fight with Style and Elegance while Dealing Massive Damage — Introducing Red Mage
Red Mage is the first new job announced for Stormblood and will be filling a ranged DPS slot in a party. It is a skilled rapier wielder combining magic and close combat attacks into beautiful rose petals blooming chains. Alongside his rapier, Red Mage uses a Magicked Crystal Medium which can be combined together with the sword – turning it into two handed staff for magic casts. This hybrid of ranged and close combat is achieved by high speed positioning. Red Magic is also a combination of White and Black Magic meaning that the job can also offer party support. Starting level for Red Mage is 50lv.
